Ghat Dal / kulthi Dal is safe for baby?

                           


We are very cautious in the matter of baby food.We know that 6 months of babies are fed only mother's milk,But after 6 months it is very important to give children food like protein, vitamin zinc and calcium.That is why giving solid food after 6 months is very important.

                   Solid food such as fruit vegetable grains and cereals pulses, lentils and dairy products should be served.But it is also very important that you are giving your child the right food with the right way. We know that lentils contain a lot of protein. But it is also important for children to put it right.

                            Like red lentils have a lot of protein.  It is very beneficial for young children.  This Dal  helps children to digest well. But Kulthi Dal has little difficulty in digesting children. Children 6 to 9 months old should not put it on. After 6 to 9 months, you can mix this Dal  with some other dal and give it to the children. 

                                Kulathi dal is more profitable than other parties. Kulathi lentils are dark colored and are eaten more in South India. This lentil is full of nutrients. 

Kulathi dal has its benefits:-

1) Strengthen digestion.

2) In reducing weight.

3) In controlling diabetes.

4) For irregular menstruation.

5) To relieve colds.

6) Keep cholesterol under control.

                  Side Effects of Kulathi Dal:-

1) Those who are trying to lose their weight should not eat this dal.

2) Pregnant women should not eat this lentil.

                     So this shows us that Kulathi Dal is very nutritious but can be harmful for children. But if you give him only pulse water, he may not have any problem and his digestion process should also be fine. 

                    But even if you have any doubt in your mind, I think you should feed it with the advice of a doctor before feeding anything.
