How to become pregnant after miscarriage?

 Motherhood is a wonderful feeling that every woman wants to realize once. But some such incident happens to us that we can never think of that. Such as misscarriage!

Yes, MissCarriage is a word no woman likes to see and hear. But with some women this incident happens which becomes unimaginable and unbelievable for them.

Those people cannot even think what happened to them? Sometimes some questions are not answered, why did this happen? Even doctors sometimes give up why this happened? But there is no reason to panic.  We have a body made in nature and nature is the best basis for reproduction. You are not such a sad thing, once you have a miscarriage, you can become a mother again. Becoming a mother is the law of nature. After being miscarried, your determination to become a mother would increase even more. Being a miscarriage means you are conceiving, So there is nothing to worry about this.  You will definitely become a mother one day. Just have faith in yourself and trust the doctor and believe in God, one day you can reach the destination. Just a few precautions are taken.  Pay attention to health and with the advice of a doctor, you can definitely become a mother for 1 day. 

                               I will tell you some points which is very important for you to be pregnant.

Such as:-

1) Trying after 6 month :- Start trying only after 6 months after miscarriage. Because bleeding occurs a lot after miscarriage.  It takes 6 months to recover. And you should give rest to your body for 6 months because the time for body healing.

2) Start folic acid:- If you are planning a baby, then start taking folic acid before 3 months. Because Folic Acid Prevents Your Child's Birth Defects.  Folic acid is very important for the proper development of the baby. Because of its deficiency, the baby may have a neural tube defect such as a problem.such problems can be eradicated if women take sufficient amount of folic acid during pregnancy. If you have not started folic acid, then start now so that there is no such problem for your baby in your future.

3) Do not take stress:- Taking more stress in pregnancy can cause a baby to be affected. Premature delivery may also occur due to stress. This may cause the baby's low birth weight or high BP.

4) Change your diet:- Change your diet routine. Start taking a healthy diet. Designate foods like protein, calcium and iron in your diet. This will also help you in conceiving.

5) Do yoga and meditation:- Yoga poses or asanas help body calm mind, thus preparing you for child birth. Yoga boosts your spirits and encourages or positive outlook .

1)Yoga stimulates the ovaries and uterus.

2) purifies the energy channels, flushing out toxins from the body.

3) Improves blood flow and supply to reproductive organs 

4) Enables smooth delivery.

                  Motherhood is one of the most joyful experience in a women's life. So to get this motherhood, change lifestyle and advised the doctor.
